Workforce Housing at Slate at Fishers District
At Slate at Fishers District, we are proud to offer a selection of homes through our Workforce Housing Program. This program provides high-quality, modern living at more attainable rental rates for qualifying households.
How the Program Works
Select homes within our community are reserved for households earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size. These homes offer the same elevated finishes and community experience as our market-rate residences, with adjusted rental rates for those who qualify.
All applicants must complete an income verification process as part of the application to determine eligibility.
Eligibility Requirements:
Eligibility is based on total gross household income and number of occupants. To qualify:- Household income must be at or below program limits
- Income and household size must be verified during the application process
- Additional documentation may be required to complete certification
Income Limits (Subject to Change):
Based on current guidelines, maximum annual household income limits are as follows:
- 1 Occupant – $62,000
- 2 Occupants – $70,850
- 3 Occupants – $79,700
- 4 Occupants – $88,550
- 5 Occupants – $95,650
Income limits are subject to change in accordance with annual program updates.

Based on current guidelines, maximum annual household income limits are as follows:
- Workforce Housing availability is limited to select homes and floor plans
- Rental rates displayed on our website reflect market pricing and do not include Workforce Housing adjusted rates
- Final eligibility and rental rates are determined in accordance with program guidelines during the application process
- Utilities and additional service-related fees are billed separately and may vary
